As a salon our commitment to continuous training and improvement is as strong as ever.
We strive to be better, to deliver better service, to create better quality hairdressing, to offer better and more choice to our clients. During the coming year the team will continue to take part in regular training sessions, both in the salon and at other venues.
February will see the salon shut down for the day so the team can attend a days education based around improving customer service and the clients experience within the salon. Paula will continue to be a member of the Salon Success coaching team, taking time out of the salon to deliver education to other salons, stylists and salon owners to help them, their businesses and their teams grow stronger during these challenging times.
