Sailing into 2019

What a busy end to 2018.. Having ‘Sailed’ through the craziness of Christmas it good to be able to take a minute, draw breath, and look back at what we have achieved.
We are really proud of the recent refurbishment that the salon has had. . Keeping our friendly, welcoming feel to the salon, we had a little idea about bringing a sense our wonderful seaside location, inside. Our boat themed styling stations with beautiful sail shaped mirrors are surrounded by elements and textures associated with the beach and the seaside have come together really well. Beach hut style wood panelling, marine rope edgings, oxygen blue walls for the sea and sky are just a few of the touches that we have for you. We have an incredible print on reception that has been enlarged from a photograph taken by a very talented client, along with our incredible bespoke real pebble feature wall that runs the length of the salon ‘under foot’, will have you, ‘wishing you were here’.
We would like to say a massive thank you to all our lovely team who continued to deliver excellent standards of hairdressing and customer service during the challenges a refurbishment brings; to our guests for their patience and support when things were a touch chaotic!! and to our amazing builders, fixers,‘make it fit some how’ builders Kevin and Andy – To whom we cannot promise to ever give them an easy job, but can promise to NEVER ask for a feature wall like that one EVER again !!!!!!!
Using other local trades the whole salon, on both floors has been revamped over the past 12 months. We have had new lighting throughout the building,(W. Moody), Central heating, (Cosy Gas), air conditioning, (SRS) New flooring laid, (House of Carpets) with plenty of coats of paint (J.Green), thanks go out to them all.
